Competent Person Training: Trenching & Excavations Part I
The Competent Person Training Seminar covers the CAL-OSHA Title 8, Section 1540 through 1541.1 and Fed OSHA 1926 subpart P requirements pertaining to excavations, trenching and sloping techniques, protective systems, and soils classification with an introduction to confined space entry safety. Our comprehensive training is an important part of keeping your company compliant with current OSHA regulations.
The 8-hour course is presented in two four hour sessions, providing .8 CEU’S or 8 hours of Continuing Education Units.
The two sessions are held on September 1 and 2, 2020, and registering here will enroll you in both sessions.
There is a 50 question test at the end of the course to show comprehension of the material covered.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are issued a certificate of completion and a wallet card.

By registering for the session you are agreeing to the policies below:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 calendar days before training. In those circumstances, registration fees will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before training cannot be refunded.
Transfer Policy: On an individually approved basis, registrants who must cancel enrollment due to extenuating circumstances may transfer their registration to a future training session, provided the same course is already scheduled within the calendar year. Transfers are assessed a 10% processing fee.
Substitution Policy: Registered attendees who must cancel their participation may request a substitute to attend in their place at any time. The request must be sent in writing by the original registrant to
